Manufacturers Warranty
Products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
In the event that a quality issue arises in the performance of your product and more than 30 days have passed, please contact us via email at timberlinegroup1@hotmail.com or call us at 1-800-405-5516. If you choose to email us, please provide us with your name, mailing address, telephone number, and the reason you wish to return the product. We will then be able to determine how to proceed. This warranty is NOT a guarantee against wear and tear.

For warranties we strongly recommend that you immediately return your product to the manufacturer (address will be provided) where the product was purchased. If a return to the retailer/store is not possible, please contact us via email at timberlinegroup1@hotmail.com or by calling 1-800-405-5516 to facilitate the return. You will be given instructions on how to return your product to the manufacturer for a quality inspection.
