Variations in overall dimensions may occur due to the nature of the furniture and the logs involved. Full exxtension, ball heavy glideers are rated at 100 pounds. Dove tail drawers with aromatic cedar drawer bottoms on the dressers and armoires. All of the logs have been dried naturally and may have worm tracking, checking (cracking) or beetle excavations. Checking does not affect the structural integrity of the furniture.
